Why Do They Ghost Me? + 3 Steps to Quickly Magnetize Lovers with Staying Power [Attachment Theory]

Updated: Mar 6

Dearest Subscriber,

I know I don’t need to tell you, breaking up with someone is hard.

Telling someone you are not as into them, as they appear to be into you, is hard.

Saying “no,” is hard.

Setting boundaries can feel hard.

Expressing your needs can feel hard.

Feeling afraid of rejection can feel hard.

Worrying that you’re not good enough, or that you will eventually disappoint someone, can feel hard.

Then there's the anticipation of tears, the possible shouting, being called terrible names.

On the other hand, it might be a terrible silence, or cold, passive aggressive judgement that crawls up under your skin and convinces you you’re a horrible selfish person.

Maybe that's why for better or worse, some people decide a proper breakup isn't worth it.

Instead they choose to just disappear. In other words, they ghost.

But you might be surprised to find out these are not the only reasons people ghost each other, nor is ghosting a phenomenon exclusive to romantic relationships! There are also other types of “ghosting” behaviors, which are more like dating a phantom that only shows up once in a while! Today, we tackled these topics, and more.

Specifically, we talked about…

✨3 Different types of ghosting behavior

✨What psychological studies reveal about the acceptance of ghosting behavior, including 8 possible reasons why people ghost

✨And I also introduce 3 steps to magnetize lovers with staying power, which will lay the groundwork for next month’s livestream series.

So make sure you stick with me until the end, because if you have ever been ghosted, or know someone who has, you are not going to want to miss this livestream replay.
