Individuals that have taken my online courses may find they need additional support. I offer 60-minute, remote, coaching sessions to process the material that has come up. For an initial appointment, you will be asked to complete an intake questionnaire, and pay upon booking. The session itself is conducted face-to-face over zoom, and the audio will be recorded and sent to you after the call.
These calls are considered coaching sessions, and are more directive with a bit of psychoeducation. You may book private coaching packages up to six sessions in advance, but for longterm support, I can offer you a referral. Although I am a licensed and board certified psychotherapist, I am unable to accommodate longterm psychotherapy clients, at this time.
Individuals may book these sessions online.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY SELF WORTH?
Sara is a 31-year-old Londoner who broke up with her boyfriend of two years, last summer. Prior to this relationship, she'd been a bit of a "serial monogomist," and for the first time, was truly single. At this point, she asks a really wonderful question..."How can I improve self worth in such a deep place I can't even identify it?" In this video, we explore and reframe the question, then dive into a creative experiential activity on how to make contact with your inner self and being, in a way that feels gentle and safe.
AVOIDANCE, TRAUMA & PUSH-PULL RELATIONSHIPS
After his 35 year marriage ended in divorce, Ian fell into an intense relationship that lasted for six months, but then cooled off with flimsy explanations from his partner. In this video, we explore the possibility that early childhood trauma may have affected Ian’s attachment style, potentially affecting his marriage and current push-pull relationship.
"Thank you for the opportunity to do this work. I really enjoyed the process and found it to be engaging and insightful. I found that each experience built on the previous challenge in a flowing way. It was a lovely step by step reintroduction to my divine feminine culminating in a true feeling of acceptance of myself as a whole."
"This work has me poised to see what happens next in my deepening my relationship to my body...Mindfulness and using art in that pursuit are the ways I want to begin to address this gap in awareness. It's a challenge I accept in receiving this piece of the puzzle of myself."
"The exposed chest cavity signifies the raw vulnerability I am experiencing. I want it to remain open even though it feels scary and exposed...because in actuality, it is a warm and nurturing place...It feels messy and emotional, but I am willing to sit with the 'seed' until it starts to grow in the world. Thank you, Briana, for helping me see this opportunity."
